@@Aidamoon29 No, I gained a little bit of weight at first but it was just water weight. My abdomen was a bit bloated for a while because of the inflammation, and it did hurt to walk for a while. Heat packs are really helpful and time helps the IUD settle in better. Let me know if you have any more questions

@@colza_replayz-yt67 It’s not from the object itself, it’s mainly the hormones and inflammation. The hormones are regionalized in the uterus, so only a small amount enters the blood stream. However, the IUD sort of thickens the uterine lining, and other factors like feeling the pain (lasts a WHILE I can’t even lie) makes people more likely to seek comfort food and not want to move too much.

They inserted my IUD under my uterus. So gotta reinsert it again and hope it would be in the right place.

You couldn’t pay me to get an IUD. My gynecologist offered it as an option and the first thing out of my mouth was “oh hell no”.

I had mine fitted nearly a month ago. It must have had a moment of madness to go through with it. I’ve regretted it ever since but I’m too scared to have it removed.
