having blackstar mainhand and awakening gives you +72 monster/species damage. following your advice having 1 balckstar and 1 boss weapon - at what caphras lvl/damage ap do you think will this be equal vs having x2 blackstar weapon in terms of pve. I think having blackstar mainhand is a must regardless of awakening or succ because of the +49 monster/species than having bs awakening and boss mainhand(awakening class)

What do you recommend?

I transitioned from TET Blackstar to PEN offin c5 because it gave me a lot more AP (301) than before and as a succ valk player i don’t really rely on accuracy that much, the difference between PEN offin and PEN kzarka is 18 accuracy, I think you should have integrated that notion about classes that needs accuracy and classes that don’t! offin is actually cheap at MP ATM and the reworks of the class like war can give us hope that accuracy dependant’s class won’t be anymore. I’d be glad to have your point of view about it ! Thks For the content, really helpful for newcomers ;)

I just did this yesterday. sold my PEN kz and bought tet bs MH. just need to C9 my Dande to hit 287 Kutum Warrior. Havent tried it out for grinding yet. hopefully its drastic.

i cant understand the difference between damage to all species and extra AP against monsters and how that affect to our GS.... Like, im 100% pve, i dont care at all of pvp and probably never will. I also dont have the money to just buy everything so i have to choose. Im awk guardian. Should i get a pen dande and put some caphras on it or a tet blackstar? imagine I have a pen dande and a tet blackstar awk weapon. Will that extra ap against monster and damage to all species on a tet BS always be higher than a pen dande with like lets say 9 caphras lvl? (i know caphras dont add damage to monsters, but as raw damage you can do to a monster, is it better a pen dande with +9caprhas lvl or a tet blackstar?)Also, isn't it better to have a tet blackstar and be able to potentially someday in the future upgrade it while having that tet blackstar as your everyday weapon because of the fact that it has more damage against monsters?

Imho go for pen Blackstars if you have or can make 300 failstack and go for pen Kzarka if you don't have 300 Failstack

I would make the argument that getting both tet black stars is best no matter what. Allows you to focus on your other gear and gives you greater grind speed which = more money which = faster gains. I’ve had no problem pvping with my tet black star in succession

Unlucky. I play warrior awakening, but i have a tet BS Awakening weapon, bcs of the look. I would never take a dande, bcs bs looks way better ^^

you forget the 30% ap you borrow from awakening or main weapon....

If you play succ it is not only 70% ap from main and 30% ap from awak And if you play awak 70% ap and 30% from main?

I would rather get a tet bs and have 5% chance to pen than be a slave to jetina and caphra levels

Awake pen dande + tet blackstar MH is the best pre Pen BS combo. For succ Tet BS MH + c19 tri dande. Tet blackstar awake is a huge scam.

Yeesh, 7,400 caphra for lvl 9 caphra... That's 22 billion invested + the cost of the item. I know it's not really about money but when time is factored in that's WAY too much money and grinding. I'll buy the TET BS and be happy. I think that's the main thing for most players, how much time/money for the extras.

If you buy tet blackstar you will attempt pen and fail. get pen kzarka and dande so that you wont do stupid shit.

Always make sure you are hit capped or very close to being hit capped on spots. Double black star for PvE only is the only way cuz regualr ap from hitting brackets is 1:1 damage wise with monster AP. And don't go for PEN Kutum, it's not worth it =)
