I have exactly the same issue with mascara and have done for years! My go to used to be the Stay Perfect Mascara by Boots No7 in a gold tube but now I use the L'Oréal Air Volume waterproof (blue tube) and I love it. I do always use Sigma Eye Shadow Base Primer stick in a neutral colour then powder to set my lids, even on non-makeup days when I'm only wearing mascara. I bought the Technic one on your recommendation but have only used it once so far. Another great video, thanks Rosie! x

Had to pause your video at the start about your hair. Your hairdresser will be able to show you if you tie your hair up at night underneath the top layers you'll have a "band" where the pony sits and your hair will have kinks kind of set in place if that makes sense? As if that was part of your natural hair. And you can be prone to splits. Maybe it's a bit tighter on your right side but your not noticing? Make sure your not putting it up tight at night. I understand why long hair is horrible down at night. I like the silky type scrunchies- and the silky pillows it stops hair snags. If you do put it up maybe put it in a loose plait and then something just to secure the ends. It will also help your hair lay flatter and straighter generally with less straightening 🩷😘
