homie, go to a restaruant and try brisket pho with a dash of chili oil, a little hoisin and take some basil they give you and crush it in and a pork Banh Mi. A good sign if the broth is mid is its flooded with green onions and parsley, it should have a bit of lemongrass, the meat flavor from the brisket diffuses into the broth much better than steak it should feel extremely relaxing going down your system

I like there garlic Parmesan wings with ranch dressing, makes sure they give you Parmesan on the wings (you know how we are, check your order) GO TO Abelardos (page ave and north and south ave.) and get a shredded chicken super nacho, add jalapeños and a side of queso, order the Birria queso tacos, and the fried chicken tacos with a side of queso. Get the green guacamole salsa dip. (The beef is a little salty to my taste, a lot of people like it through), chicken is on point!

Ive heard of and been to most of these establishments that he visited here. But im a foodie with disposable income. Most folks in the Saint Louis metropolitan area dont really travel outside of work or special events or occasions. North City folks typically stay in the city unless they have family in North County. North county isn't traveling to Saint Chuck, most likely because their tags are outdated. As for the south, as North County is going downtown. North county is only going to Alton, Brooklyn, or Sauget in Illinois. As far west, what, probably Westport or West Olive. I am outside off the porch. As for north as Jerseyville, Ill. East as Mascoutah, ill. Wright City out west and sount down to Arnold and Columbia, ill. Saint Louis folks dont like to deviate. Unless an influencer influenced them to. Its waaaaaaay too much good food in the Lou for me to do anything twice. If i do, that junt was 🔥 🔥 🔥.
