The Iveco is renowned for its brakes requiring more servicing than normal, and I have decided to fit all new at the rear of the vehicle. I do show the basics and don't go into extensive detail but you can see a previous video which does go more in depth.

Hi James, chassis of your iveco looks very well done. Just picked myself up an iveco daily 2007 plate. What was you method for cleaning up the chassis and painting it?

Wire brush, grinder with sanding disc on tough spots then direct to rust paint, time consuming at first but easier every year 👍👍

Hi James, I'm changing hoses front/rear and sliding pins (and metal sleeves) in front calipers...was wondering whereabouts in the world you are as am seeking some moral support - I see you're in Wales...do you ever help people out for a fee? I've watched all your maintenance videos and you've helped no end! Didn't know how to message a youtuber but I'm near Oswestry on the Welsh border so thought it might be worth asking...? Hi Ben sorry for the late reply I'm hectic with work at the moment but to be honest the jobs your talking about are very easy to do, I would advise you to have a go and there is a good group on Facebook that offers support and how to etc I'll post the link below

I took out the caliper's 2 bolts but calipers wouldn't come off

Hi Trevor sounds like they are fused, try some wd40 and let it soak in (you have got the handbrake off haven't you?) alternatively have a look on KZfaq that explains seized calipers and removal, I do hope you get sorted Regards James
