@@thefrenchgunsmith6488 The documentation paper that comes with antiques is pretty interesting. I'm a document junkie also so anything related to a firearms history is always nice to have. Very cool.

I saw one of these at a flea market the seller wanted $225 for it but it was missing the pin that holds the cylinder in it and the hammer was rusted and stuck in place i offered the seller $150 but they "insisted" that it was worth $225 despite all of the issues it had

@@fintherebel5000 225 for a rusty and incomplete gun is a lot more than what i would have paid. 150 is indeed fair enough. Sometimes sellers are just not ready to accept the value of their belongings...

@@thefrenchgunsmith6488 I didn't buy it cause it was pretty much expensive scrap metal at that point so i went and looked elsewhere and found several other ones that were in way better condition like the one you got but it was out of my price range and i understood that one being more cause it was functional and less rusty, But flea markets tend to have sellers that want to make a million on everything they sell

Very nice, if someone is looking to buy any of these or similar black powder revolvers: pay attention to the mechanics and if they cycle reliably. The Iver Johnson ones are pretty good, but which age the cylinder lever can have some wear which makes it slip or cause timing issues. Love these though.

C'est pas très sympathique, ça aurait pu être formulé différemment. Mais je n'ai rien contre un enregistrement des armes, car évidemment ce sont des objets à contrôler. Le contrôle doit être réfléchi, pas abusif ni tyrannique, mais un contrôle débridé n'est en rien la solution. Prenons un exemple simple, tu dois avoir le permis pour rouler, c'est normal qu'il y est la même chose sur les armes. Alors calme tes ardeurs, écoute la parole de notre seigneur Jésus-Christ et argumente avec respect

Well it depends some states (assuming the up loader of this video is from the US) you don't need to register firearms and in fact some places made it illegal to have a registry in the first place
