Im doing my (fet), the 15th of this month, so excited and nervous. I had my daughter via a fresh embryo transfer 2 years ago. Praying I get pregnant this month !!!

a "positive" pregnancy test depends on the specific test used and can vary from lab to lab.In many blood tests, a "positive" result is often a number greater than 3 or 5

@@InfertilityTV your other video says a newer progresserone drug can be given subcutaneously? If I heard that right that is perfect! And good news as those are less painful with a much smaller needle.

Are the success rate for frozen embryo transfer greater than a fresh transfer only because majority of the frozen transfers are usually done with PGS testing? Or would you recommend doing a frozen transfer with a patient that doesn’t believe in PGS testing?

No. Even without PGT, the success rate for frozen transfers is higher

After watching this am a little nervous about the decision I made to transfer on day 3 and to freeze the remaining embryos I had. What played a good role in my decision is that I only had 4 eggs that my Dr decides to fertilize because the other two egg was too small. So my other 4 eggs where fertilize and where good quality. I was more afraid that they didn’t make it to day 5. Did I made a good call?

Hello doctor. I just want youe opinion about embryos transfer on Day 3 or day 5. As my doctor suggested us that in women body the embryos day 3 will have more chance to grow to day 5 than in the lab. We are confused. Please let us know your opinion.

There is No evidence that I am aware of that the chance for embryo implantation is higher on day 3. There is evidence that transfer at the blastocyst stage will result in a higher chance for implantation

. My doctor said the same. I did 3 day fresh and it took both embryos. Then I did frozen again after 2 years. Had 7 failures of 5 days frozen

Hello Doctor , please help me to understand that whether we can consult one doctor for endometrial lining from one clinic and other doctor to just transfer the frozen embryo to uterus. The reason to ask this question is that we have a frozen embryo at blastocyte stage but doctor is failing for developing the line both with estrogen supplements and with natural cycle. During natural cycle , follicles were rupture with injection then to 2 follicle were observed during follicular study.

Usually, patients would ship their frozen embryo to a new clinic rather than do things at two different clinics

Are all these more success frozen transfers from previous cycles or do they also include the ones frozen for the PGS during a fresh cycle? Is it possible to time up perfectly the embroyo and uterine lining while awaiting the PGS?

It is not possible to do PGT-a on an embryo and still do a fresh transfer. Frozen transfer works better because it is easier to perfectly line up the timing
