don't u think 77-80 kvp is over the limit ? one of dem questions on arrt says that you shouldn't use more than 70 kvp in an IVU exam

No way! You can’t shield on a woman IVP. Not worth it to clip anything and it won’t cover if you are too low. So are you going to risk clipping the anatomy and retakes or just get it on the first shot. You possibly can shield on male patients.
