They don’t do that bc survivors can easily rebound kite Ivy if they don’t get the max presence 40% stack. And even if they do leech to the survivor on chair that’s just wasting time and allowing the survs to get out or decode faster. That’s kinda the reason why they don’t do it, it’s bc it’s better to leech on someone else instead of surv on chair and to guarantee no rebound kite potentials
