It was one of the bonus tracks on the Japanese CD version of Apartment Life. The Sony version.

@Plarocks Incredible, thanks!! 😄 In fitting with the theme of the song, I discovered Ivy quite late, but it's still amazing to hear a bonus song from an album I've listened to for years...love them ❤️
