Reverse Flash lives only tomess with Flash, and this fight had nothing to do with that. Sinestro, likewise, is only even on Earth because he goes up against multiple human Green Lanterns, and anything that might kill them is a good thing, so he has no interest in who runs the Legion of Doom, especially since most of his plans involve interplanetary conquest. Neither one of them have any skin in this game, so they just sit back and watch to see who comes out on top. Again, in-character.

That would also defeat the purpose of the Legion of Doom. These villains are following rules as part of a group because they see the benefits of working together for the greater "Evil". If it all came down to who is stronger it would be a total free-for-all where the villains keep backstabbing each other until the Legion of Doom ceases to exist and the Heroes just take down what is left.

I'm honestly surprised he wasn't in the Suicide Squad movie, because that sounds like he would have been great cannon fodder for the movie.

I think the idea is that Ivy is actually part plant, so Grodd's mind manipulation doesn't FULLY work on her, so that gives her time to react. But I don't read DC that much, so I got no clue if that's the accurate reasoning behind it or not.

This version of Ivy has access to the Green, so she may have the mental strength to resist.

As someone above commented, she has her access to The Green, which could aid in resistance. Plus she also has been through enough with Psycho and mind-melting shenanigans to be used to that stuff.

I agree with the people bringing up the Green here. Grodd's mental attack is clearly affecting her, but he's trying to mind control a consciousness that is linked to all plant life on earth and possibly beyond, so I say it's fair if that takes him a couple of seconds to do.

With the right plan, Ivy could use The Green to it’s full potential and basically deny ALL THE WORLD of any plant based resources. She could go _way_ further then mere famines and conquer the entire planet overnight with such a stranglehold over almost everything.

While Ivy had angered all of them, the Legion of Doom has never operated purely as "who can beat everyone else up in a straight fight" or else Lex Luthor wouldn't be the one in charge most of the time. The leader's gotta be able to lay down the law, but it's going to be more about organization. If you just kill Ivy, then someone else has to organize things, and it's a messy power struggle. But if she couldn't even show a few of the more egotistic/unstable members who's boss then she would have proven she didn't deserve the spot in the first place. She proved she could handle herself, so they'll acquiesce for now. And if things go bad with her plan for the legion they can always launch a more coordinated coup and install a new leader instead.
