katie, if your hair gets greasy every day, it's okay to wash it every day. with fine hair, trying to 'train' it to go days in between may not actually do anything. just my two cents as someone with fine, greasy hair.

I started prioritizing hair wash days Recently my hair has been very dry at the ends but if I use any oils my hair becomes a oil rig it’s not fun i recommend finding a good shampoo and conditioner only putting the conditioner at the ends of your hair not the scalp it will help

El cabello de ella al ser fino es delicado , si tiene mucho baby Heard, significa que lo masajea muy fuerte . Yo le recomiendo un shampoo de 🧄 y cebolla 🧅. Realmente no tiene ese olor y no acondicionado. Secar su tipo de cabello con toallas gruesa maltratan aún más. Puede comprarse un gorrito tipo toalla de microfibra. Y el lavado solo la raiz con movimiento suaves y con las yemas de sus dedos . 💕

If your using a lot of lotion or skincare will make your hair oily or any products I can’t use any products before o flat iron my hair and go 1 to 2 weeks before washing
