Hi everyone. This is Danys the tour guide. Thanks a lot to all those who feels the sympathy for our future. Many cubans here, a d outside knows your reality as well, and in my case, I can be proud of knowing some of you and establish friendship with such a brave generation. Those days with Ivan were an unique experience also for me, never was exposed like that, so I apologize for my many mistakes and maybe for not givi6a better look 😅. The mix of strong feelings and been always alert, makes me not give the best of myself. However, I learnt a lot and I feel happy for this amazing work. Thanks for your support and your comments, I read some of then translated by google and it seems that no matter the distance or the culture, we are all the same, facing a tough reality. Love and respect for the people of H.K and thanks to Ivan, Hung and my other friends for choosing me.

這個訪問是我人生做過最難的一個訪問，因為古巴大部分人都不想再說任何東西做任何訪問，這點我相信大家也明白。這十天古巴之旅我們嘗試找不同受訪者，只有導遊一個人，很勇敢地面對鏡頭，而毫無保留希望把古巴的真實情況告訴這個世界。正如影片所說他一直努力儲錢，希望可以離開古巴去到美國展開新生活🇨🇺所以大家有機會去古巴可以問我拿他的聯絡資料。我也會把影片的收益全數捐贈給他，希望讓他早日達成願望。 雖然第一集我不停比人昆錢，但大家不會誤會他的為人，他是一個前大學教授，我地都無諗過會比人昆錢而出現第一條影片的情況。好像買電話卡，佢有同賣家講「如果你昆我，我會番來搵你，結果我地都係比人昆。」😅 影片尾部是我對古巴的真正看法，我已經不能像一般遊客吃喝玩樂然後離開這個國家，說古巴很美古巴好好玩。對我來說，我完全不能在古巴生活。 我發現好多人冇follow 我IG, 影片二可以在我的profile 找到☺️ Ps: 革命廣場有兩張大型壁畫像，一個是哲古華拉，另一個是是古巴另外一個重要人camilo Cienfuegos，不是卡斯特羅，我果時口快快講錯左，請見諒。

Hello. Thank you so much Ivan for these wonderful videos. I just got back from Cuba with Danys also as my guide and he was the best part of the trip. He shared so much about his country and history in general. I learned so much and he patiently answered every question I had with complete honesty. I really enjoyed your videos and they captured everything that I experienced very accurately. I don't know how you do it. I rarely take video as I feel that I am being intrusive but it conveys a sense of place much better than photos do. I am so glad that you got to have an adventure biking but two flat tires, rain and an abandoned nuclear reactor-yikes! I had always wanted to bike across Cuba. I understand the mixed feelings you had as you left Cuba. My heart went out to the local people and I felt so helpless. I hope that Cuba can change and people can have a better life. Danys-hope to see you somewhere in the US someday! Thank you both for sharing with such insight.

One small suggestion -- I think there is a mistranslation in the subtitle, perhaps -- Dannys (I hope I didn't spell his name wrong) said "***the*** people" a few times, it means • (the people) the citizens of a country, especially when considered in relation to those who govern them: his economic reforms no longer have the support of the people. • (the people) those without special rank or position in society; the populace: he is very much a man of the people. In short, people and the people carry a different meaning!

反宜當年同住過咁多間屋的屋主傾計 佢地都揾幾多 尤其係havana 果兩戶同我講 佢地租房出去賺好多 成日飛出去墨西哥買電器😂 同埋果陣去古巴都幾開心 個個屋主煮的飯都好好食👍🏻 因為無得上網大家真係leep住傾計 幫佢地影相仲好開心 可能疫情無乜旅客所以搞到咁 大家生意大減 同埋好老實havana 係幾悶下 試下去下其他城市可能你會改觀 最後想講係古巴個師傅幫我剪個頭我好滿意 雖然都係昆左我少少錢 哈哈😂

Thank you Danys for your sharing! You are a very cultured and educated person. I was really impressed when hearing why you didn't finish your master - it was not an easy decision after years of hard work and especially when the degree is generally valued in the society (I understand bc. I also struggled for finishing my master although for different reasons). Really appreciate your bravery for talking about the realities of Cuba and especially living without bending over for such a regime. We understand it's not easy to talk about them when your conversation I recorded and uploaded on KZfaq as we also live more under the communist regime every day. Really appreciate it, pal! It's said home is where your heart belongs - Hope you'll find a real home in this world.
