Is there anyway I can find the difference between over watering and under watering? Most of my plants are getting watered vy rainfall only, but their leaves are turning yellow, when I checked the soil it wasn't soggy, just a little moist

You have to check the soil of container. If it's dry then water, yellow leaves can also be low nutrients

Do you use chemical fertilizers and pesticides/fungicides for your plants ?

I don't use chemical fertilizer, i use fungicide
