I use to have our night meals here during the year 1983-84. We use to come from yeshwantpur for having dinner.During that time also use to wait since it was small place. Good food during those period.

I ate there 48 years back but too queue force me to eat at nearby Sri Ganesh Vilas hotel at circle, but no doubt they served very good food

yes it was in 7th cross,closer to Sampigae Road. I knew the owner very well. But food was just ok. not much to rave about. I ate there becos, I satyed closeby. and Janata in 8th cross was 50 paise costlier at 2 rs. in Iyer mess, it was Rs.1.50. But if i had more money i used to go Sai sakthi which served north indian food and it was excellent. This iyer was very interesting. he used to go for horse racing and lose all that he earned during that week. again, next week he would slog and work hard and recover the loss. the present owner used to serve water and his sister used to clean the table. but both were sincere

yes. I have been visiting this since 1973. The owner (his father)then was very hard working and food was ok. meals was 1 Re and in the nearby Janata hotel on 8th cross, it was 1.5. But, the present owner is arrogant. 100 rs too much for this food

I was working in Bangalore between 1972-74 and Dubai was staying at Basavan Gudi (Gandhi Bazar) except MTR I never heard of this Iyer Mess. I think I had missed the authentic homely food.

Worst customer service The servers are very reluctant to serve vegetables First serve very small quantity when request is made for anothrr serve of vegetables one spoon or two spoon of vegetable served.So one does not feel like requesting additional serve

Madam, nice information about Iyer Mess. But Kannada pronounciation to be corrected, for example otte aseethide ( HoTTe hasiyuttide) , olige ( HoLige). Correcte pronounciation will bring good value for the explanation. Please don't mistake. Thank you Madam.

Review sariyagi kodi, janagalige mosa madtha iddira. Naavu nimma video nodi nenne hogidvi, kayi holige irlilla, sambaru maadilla. Unlimited food alla. Extra chapat, extra rice ge extra charge maadthare. Bari mosada review. Eethara mosada review kodakke manassu hege baruthe. Kayi holige daily iralka, sundays sambar iralla. 100 rs waste of money, viewrs please dont go to this mess. Sunday majjige huli, no taste, vade thannage ittu. Tumba Mosa.

ಸಕ್ಕತ್ತಾಗಿ ಅಂದರೆ ಅರ್ಥ ಗೊತ್ತೇನ್ರೀ ? ಸಕ್ಕತ್ತಾಗಿ ಅಂದರೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಎಂದರ್ಥ. ಸಕ್ಕತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಇತ್ತು ಅಂತ ಅರ್ಥ. ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿತ್ತು ಅನ್ನೋ ಅರ್ಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳ್ತೀರಾ ತಪ್ಪು ಅದು. ಸಖತ್ ಜ್ವರ ಅನ್ನುವುದಿದೆ. ಜ್ವರ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ ಅಂತ ಅರ್ಥವಾ ಅಥವಾ ಜ್ವರ ತುಂಬಾ ಅಂತಾ ಅರ್ಥವಾ ?😊

1 year old video.. Getting notification now. Not sure maam.. One year back quality would have been good. Had been there 20 days back.. Just horrible. Sorry to say this..very poor hygiene and bad quality food😢.. Generally I never ever waste food. That day could nit eqt.. Just came out. Trust me
