Brilliance ! One word for your way of teaching !In Quick question : Fixed Price also i see that we have FPIF & FPAF . Do we consider the same criteria of Incentive and award difference you mentioned in Cost Reimbursable here as well ? . I did not see FPAF in your video.

Hello Sir, May I know which type of contract we can offer to client for large E-commerce website development? Client have full requirement available but it is hard to share a full E-commerce website budget. It is kind of a Microsoft owner is asking for the budget of MSOFFICE where he have list of all complete requirement.

In sales it all depend what options client is getting and how can you convince them, if this question comes in PMP exam i can say we go with time and material because even the requirement are clear but you lack skills to estimate it
