One part soil, one part reversand, one fourth part vermicompost

I always fail with this plant. I do propagation but no root and leaves falling 🥲

You should do its propagation in the end of February and beginning of March. The soil you use should be porous, well drained and you should also add less water in it, after that you will get 100% results.
