just thrown water on scratches, if its gone than u should just use rubbing compound , it will go. 2. if the scratches are visible even after water use, then u should go for 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000 then rubbing compound. it will go. 3. if paint is gone then you have to go for paint.

Agar iss process se scratch htaane ke baad same spot pr fir se scratch lagg jaye. Toh ye process for se wahan use karna chahiye? Q ki original paint ki layer to pahle hi kam ho chuki hogi na wahan?

You can't .In India its more common . You can use waxpol rubbing compund and use a dry micro fiber cloth . It will remove 60-70 percent of the swirls and spotting.

I applied rubbing compound followed by thinner/terpentine oil to remove wall paint marks, now wall paint mark have got removed but getting dull marks of using the compound/thinner etc... Should i use the 6000grit sandpaper followed by rubbing compound and wax to restore clear coat shine

Sand paper use of any grade will spoil the coating over paint. Application of polish is eye wash because it will remain temporary.
