Amazing! Make Bread without Shaping. Easy bread recipe Delicious!!
The easiest way to make nice fluffy bread.
配方 Ingredients:
鸡蛋1个 (60克）
1 egg (60 g)
酵母2克（1/2 茶匙)
Instant dry yeast 2 g (1/2 tsp)
白糖15-30克 (1-2汤匙)
White sugar 15 -30 g (1-2 tbsps)
温牛奶140-150毫升
Warm milk 140 -150 ml
面包粉（高筋面粉280克）或通用粉（2 杯）
Bread or all-purpose flour 280 g (2 cups)
盐3克 ( 1/2茶匙)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
植物油15毫升(1汤匙)
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
新鲜的红树莓（覆盆子）(任意）
Fresh raspberries (Optional)
蔓越莓干(任意）
Dried cranberries (Optional)
白糖10克 (2茶匙)
White sugar 10 g (2 tsps)
7寸烤盘（直径18厘米，高6.5厘米)
7 inch mode
预热的烤箱175摄氏度/350华氏度烤25分钟至金黄
Preheated oven at 175℃/350 ℉ bake for 25 minutes until golden
