BTS has proven numerous times that they are afraid of making a mistake in front of Hobi. The boys said that their eyes automatically go to Hobi when they make a mistake. Jin then confirmed that looking at dance leader j-hope is their first instinct when they make a mistake.

Although they do automatically look to Hobi after making a mistake, Hobi seems kind of embarrassed that they're so scared of him and just laughs it off 😆 although he can be intimidating in dance leader mode he can also be very playful with the members and gives them a lot of praise and encouragement

J-Hope is an amazing leader. The best leaders are the kindest ones. It's because they're so nice that you intrinsically want to please them. I had a manager like this and he was the best example of a manager, similar to Hobi's leadership style. He would point out mistakes, usually in a funny way, and he was overall very encouraging. When he was in charge, the store ran like a tight ship and did very well. Much of BTS success - particularly their recognition for amazing live performances - has a lot to do with Hobi's leadership style, as well as the respect from the members.

It is believed that the 6 members of BTS are very afraid of J-hope's eyes. When they made a mistake, J-hope will express his feelings with a smile , but soon becomes serious. He is such a principled and serious dance teacher. Strict teachers lead to outstanding apprentices. They cooperate with each other, trust each other, and work hard to achieve today's achievements. What do you do if you mess up? Hobi: |"I don't care" What do you do when one of the others members messes up? Make sure to ALWAYS point it out and make them rehears more and more and more He is the best

Im nota fan of bts I was introduced to kpop through them and I admire their story a lot and albums like wings love yourself And I really envy their friendship. I feel like because of his stage name, he always had the pressure to look cheerful in front of the camera, especially during their early days. From multiple interviews and from their interactions with one another, it's not unknown to the world now. Even Hobi admitted himself that he burns out all his energy smiling and goofing around in work that he looks gloomy at home and his parents worry because of that. There was this performance, where Jimin messed up a little in one of their "Idol" performances. Even though Jhope oppa said it's all good, you could see disappointment in his face. He said so to comfort Jimin, but deep down he wasn't satisfied. I'm nowhere near perfectionist but if something doesn't go as planned, it bothers me a lot and I guess it's even worse for someone like Hoseok oppa. (Sorry for the long comment ☠️)

I had only read about how hobi turns scary whenever he goes into “teacher mode” and the look he gives could just make you want to dig a hole in the ground to hide. I’d never believe them because the only hobi I knew always laughed and make fun of them.... but it all changed when I saw the old town road dance practice clip where lil nas x makes a mistake 😂
