There are multiple bad tracks in this album. Majority of the tracks feel like freestyles from start to finish. No really good hooks either. TNS is better in my opinion, it’s a lot smoother and crisp.

Ryan K JID was on tour with Mac when he died. JID and Mac were good friends and I think it was confirmed a while ago that Mac would handle some production

Yeah I don’t think they ever started the tour, it happen like 2-3 weeks before it was supposed to start. JID said “Thanks Mac” on the back of the album 😢 that would’ve been an unbelievable Tour man!

It may be that I'm a sucker for a New York type boombap beat but I found the beat amazing and the way that J.I.D was able to spit and flow on it while synergizing and keeping up with east coast legends like Method Man and Joey Badass despite how different their styles are from each other is fantastic and like Shawn said, I can replay this song over and over again. I personally found Tiiied to be one of the worse tracks here(not that I disliked it) but I guess it hasn't been a day yet and opinions might change.

I saw J.I.D open for J. Cole last year before he was XXL Freshmen and started gaining some hype and he was by far the best opener I’ve seen at any concert and I looked him up and have been listening ever since. Top five album of the year imo

SZA was just teasing new music on her Instagram yesterday, and a lot of people keep saying Q is supposedly dropping before Isaiah too. An entire new signee (Reason) has literally came out of nowhere and dropped a project. I understand these things take time but Zay was posting "snippets" from the album since over a year ago.

I love this album, but not only the best JID bars I have heard, one of the best bars I have ever heard in my time of music. It was those national anthem bars on Sirens by Denzel Curry. Those bars have so much meaning, and uts amazing. I LOVE IT!!!

I'm a huge cole fan but this is definitely album of they year to me. Lowkey Dreamville had 3 of the top 5 albums with cozz cole and Jid. Cole did say in his freestyle up next was jid no ego whatsoever

This man legit predicted that JID would get recogniciont for something with less importance to him as an artist. In the present he is on the top because of a feature on an imgine dragons song. As a long time fan of his work I feel exactly as shawn describes his feelings for the dicaprio oscar, I feel glad he gets the recognition he deserves, but at the same time I feel like he has better work in his past. (sorry for the bad english)
