बहुत अच्छी जानकारी देने के लिए डॉक्टर साहब बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद। मैं 70+ हूं लगभग 25 वर्ष से इसकी शुरुवात हुई रूमेटियड अर्थराइट से पीड़ित हूं हाथों उंगलियों पैर की उंगलियों कोहनी घुटने सभी में टेढापन आ गया । अब 12 वर्ष से दर्द में काफी आराम है पाकर आजकल बरसात के कारण नामी की अधिकता से काफी अकड़न दर्द से परेशान हूं ।5बादाम 12 किशमिश ,अखरोट के आधे आधे 2 टुकड़े यानी एक अखरोट daily लेती हू 1चम्मच च्यवनप्राश रोज लेती हूं । 250 gm दूध हल्दी युक्त लेती हूं 9 वर्ष से । समझ nhi aata की कहीं ओवरडोज न हो जाए लाभ की जगह हानि हो जाए
