In Earlier video, you have explained that all availability zones replicates with each other. So that there will be no business impact. If AV gets down, Still we can get support from another AV. If this is so, Why need Availability Zones and Availability Set ? Kindly clear my confusion.

Availability zone has higher SLA for high availability and provide protection against data center failure
