材料：4个咸蛋黄、4块豆腐、1把咖喱叶、1盘淀粉、2勺牛油、1勺咖喱粉、1勺半糖
1）把咸蛋黄蒸15分钟后捏碎，豆腐切块备用
2）热锅热油，豆腐裹上淀粉炸至金黄色捞出
3）锅里加入2勺牛油，溶化后加入咖喱叶爆香再加入咸蛋黄，1勺咖喱粉1勺半糖翻炒均匀炒至泡沫，倒入炸好的豆腐即可
4）香喷喷的金沙豆腐就做好了❤️
