I don’t know exactly. I think foreign heads of state will be regarded as a diplomat who will stay temporarily. So, blue plates are issued for their vehicles brought temporarily.

They’re electronic sirens programmed to sound like an old-styled siren, made by Patlite. Its been japanese police (and emergency services) tradition to have sirens sound similar to the antique sirens back in the day. Motorcycle sirens are made by Carson LTD.

It has a reg plate for diplomats, not a reg plate for general vehicles.

@@1963no0101 agreed. But motorcade vehicles that are brought in for temporary duties are normally exempt in most countries. Even in India we issue special diplomatic plates, however US presidents dont use them for their vehicles that are brought in for temporary use during a visit
