@@yumekoono6103 I agree 100%, in 2018 the orchestra in the USA was led by a teacher who didn't let the orchestra show all its greatness and it's a shame! The teacher is worse now, he's insecure and he wants to constantly correct the orchestra even in concert. This is unacceptable. Does he have a problem at all? After the performance he will sit with the orchestra and correct them so he won't lower their morale! I have already argued in the past that he can be a teacher in another orchestra at a lower level and not work with an orchestra with years of knowledge that the students pass the level to the new ones and every year the level goes up and up! It would be good if He will retire and a teacher will arrive who will give the students more freedom but will make sure that the level will only rise
