राजस्थान के कोटपूतली के रहने वाले नीतीश यादव ने खेती के लिए अपनी प्राइवेट सेक्टर की जॉब छोड़ दी। नीतीश यादव 210 बीघा की पुश्तैनी ज़मीन पर जैविक खेती और पशुपालन करते हैं। नीतीश यादव ने अपने फ़ार्म में साहीवाल नस्ल की 60 देसी गाय पाली हुई हैं। साहीवाल गायों से रोज़ाना 240 लीटर तक दूध का उत्पादन होता है। 150 लीटर दूध सीधा बोतलों में पैक होकर कस्टमर तक पहुंचता है। एक लीटर की कांच की बोतल में दूध की पैकिंग की जाती है। बाकी जो दूध बचता है उससे घी, मक्खन, पनीर तैयार होता है।
