Citizenship এর varification একটা লম্বা process, কারো ভ্যারিফিকেশন রিপোর্ট তাড়াতাড়ি আসে,কারো দেরি তে আসে । রিপোর্ট এ প্রবলেম পেলে আবার correction করতে হয়। আবার জার্মানিতেও একটা internal ভ্যারিফিকেশন হয়। রিপোর্ট পেতে মিনিমাম ৩ মাস লাগে / দেরি ও হয়। সবকিছু মিলিয়ে ভাইয়া fix time বলা কঠিন। তবে ৮ থেকে ১২ মাস ধরতে পারেন।

A student can stay with a student visa only during his/her study period. 8+ years with student visa not possible. After finishing study,a student get normally 18 months Job searching Visa.after that his/her visa status converts to Blue card/Job visa -PR-Citizenship. It’s actually step by step process. আসসালামু আলাইকুম আপু আমি চার বছর যাবত জার্মানিতে আছি কিন্তু আমি জার্মানির ভাষা কোনমতেই শিখতে পারছি না ভাষা শিখা ছাড়ায় জার্মানিতে থাকা বা জার্মানির পাসপোর্ট পাওয়ার কোন অপশন কি আপনার জানা আছে যদি আপনার জানা থাকে তাহলে আপনি জানালে খুব খুশি হতাম আল্লাহ যেন আপনাদের স্বামী স্ত্রীকে ভালো রাখেন সেই দুয়া করি

@@mohammadsalim2920. first of all, Lithuania is not a country of EU ( European Union ). So with Lithuania visit visa no one is allow to come Germany legally.now a days, german govt. Rejecting huge asylum applications. Asylum actually another category, it's really difficult to say the specific time of getting their PR.Moreover as a Rohingya, no one gonna get extra benefit. আস্সালামুআলাইকুম ভাইয়া। আপনি জার্মানিতে visit ভিসায় শুধু ঘুরতে পারবেন। আর কিছু না। আপনি যদি আসতে চান তাহলে জব ভিসায় চেষ্টা করেন। আজকে একটা ভিডিও আপলোড হবে, কত রকমের ভিসা নিয়ে জার্মানি তে আসা যায়, এই বেপারে। দেখবেন। আশা করি সব ক্লিয়ার হয়ে যাবে। ধন্যবাদ

আপু আমার আব্বু গ্রিস এর লিগাল। উনি শরনার্থী হিসেবে জার্মান গিয়েছেন লিগাল হওয়ার আশায় প্রায় ৩ বছর হলো। সরকারি ভাবে আছেন কাজ করছেন সকল ধরনের টেক্সও দিয়ে যাচ্ছেন। আর ৩ মাস করে দিচ্ছে থাকার জন্য। উনি কি লিগাল হতে পারবেন আর কত বছর লাগবে লিগাল হতে। প্লিজ আপু জানাবেন।

ভাইয়া, শরনার্থী নিয়ে সরকারের fix কোনো নিয়ম নাই। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী রুলস করে, বা ক্যানসেল করে। এখানে জানা শোনার মাঝে অনেকে আছে ২০ বছরে ও লিগাল হতে পারেনি। ধন্যবাদ

আমি অনার্স শেষ করে ausbildung করতে আসবো। সেক্ষেত্রে ব্লুকার্ড/ পিআর পাওয়ার পর যদি মাস্টার্স করতে যাই তাহলে কি ব্লুকার্ড বাতিল হয়ে যাওয়া অথবা সাধারণ সময়ের থেকে পরে পাসপোর্ট পাওয়া এরকম সমস্যা হতে পারে?

After starting full time job, your student visa will be converted to Job visa /blue card ( choice is yours ). To apply for citizenship you have to pay 50 months pension + german language B1 + Lebens in Deutschland exam ( germany related ). And job contract must be permanent. ( before Citizenship you can apply for PR. Or you can wait, after meeting citizenship requirement, you can go for direct Citizenship.) Thank You. If possible please subscribe. 😊
