Man I miss Dilla I remember getting slum villiage in 94 on bootleg cassette ! he was a the best made me what to make music. the greatest producer of all times! so glad you did the Roc!

@@gregc7699 there are other demos and bootlegs previous to 96, 96 is just the year that it came out, but they already existed, even that tape called ephcy sesions was already from 1994, that is the original tape that dilla gave to q tip, that is the real slum demo...but they might not go by the name of slum village at the time, cuz they had different names like ssenedope, h2o, thru different periods, but maybe by 94 they were already slum villlage
