J Sai Deepak is an-engineer-turned-litigator, practising as an arguing counsel primarily before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. A mechanical engineer from Anna University, Sai graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from IIT Kharagpur's Law School in 2009, and has carved a niche for himself as a litigator in civil commercial and constitutional matters. He has been part of several landmark cases, such as those related to the Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple, the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the Basmati Geographical Indications and the Marital Rape Exception in the Indian Penal Code. In 2019, Sai was presented the Young Alumni Achiever's Award by his alma mater IIT Kharagpur. Apart from delivering lectures on constitutional issues, he writes prolifically for leading newspapers and magazines. He is the author of the bestselling first book of the Bharat Trilogy, India That Is Bharat: Coloniality, Civilisation, Constitution.

Kautilya also prescribed how to build a port, the coast estuary, mouth of a river already given, how to cause least distress in building a jetty, wharf, customs house, why customs duties, where and how to locate the warehouses, the personnel to man the whole establishment. The above discourse happened somewhere in 1981, a lady Sanskrit prof of Mumbai university in bw, national networking not done, it was real enlightening. I studied in odia bhaasha. In class 8 to 11 we studied Sanskrutam in Devanagari, Chanakyaneeti, Panchatantra etal. I continue reading in Telugu also. Thanks for your talk. ksrao

Oh God, what a blast!!! Each word has to be etched in gold. Whether it is about caring for thre environment, that too in a place like Bengaluru, which we people from Chennai used to look up to, for its daily downpours, etc., as it used to be when we were youndger, or being humble to consider all streams of knowledge at par with Science, JSD has said it all Indeed, he has been less fiery as someone has commented, but let's accept that he is someone as common as us - we too aren't always too strong on issues. It is very rare that we get to see softer sides of people like him So, that's fine, once in a while. But here too, at some places, he has made his signature remarks. Which are lovable though.

He must be made one of the additional attorney general of India after BJP comes to power. Also , he, Attorney General, Solicitor General, Home Minister, Prime minister, Finance Minister, Law Minister, etc must be included in Collegium which is to be expanded. Since Attorney General andvSolicitor General representing Govt of India, the appointments of Judges, Chief of CBI, Vigilance , Election Commissioner etc must be made only by Attorney General. Law is to be changed. Mr Sai Deepak must be given a role in the above selections.

What about Tamil texts? Many northern part of India may thinking that sanskrit is the oldest language in India. They have to be taught correctly. Fortunatly, Indian PM tell the truth that Tamil is much older than Sanskrit, and has profound ideas. What is Aasivagam ? The Tamil phrase "யாதும் ஊரே யவரும் கேளிர்" is a famous saying attributed to the ancient Tamil poet Kaniyan Poongundranar ( 3000 years back) It translates to "To us all towns are one, all men our kin" in English. This phrase emphasizes the idea of universal brotherhood, unity, and the concept that all people are connected and should be treated with respect and equality regardless of their background or where they come from. It conveys a message of inclusivity, unity, and the importance of seeing humanity as one large family. Guys, kindly search about Thirukkural.
