@@dugthefreshest The account was called the_imageapparel They make streetwear and apparel, they had the track playing on a video for a DarkStalkers hoodie. It featured the track and artist name on the description which is how I found it so quickly.

Lol you know what, you are definitely correct about that London thing. Capcom once made amazing soundtracks, jazz, funk, hip hop. Now, well, its all just synth and pop based.
