I chose heads. I had a friendly encounter a couple of days ago too. I was with a friend of mine, we fought a Ghost Fleet before going to fight Flameheart, we saw another sloop come into the area fighting as well. We raised an alliance flag but they weren't interested, he just wanted to sink the boss. Somewhere in the middle of the fight, he got sunk and I noticed him pulling a rowboat with a load of loot over asking for a lift, we drop our rowboat and agree on taking out the captain. Sometime in the middle of the fight, we got hit really hard on the backside and his rowbow on the back of our ship was destroyed and his loot lost in the middle of the chaos. Once we get our ship back in check, we go and sink the boss and gather the loot, told him that since he lost his, he can at least have the loot from the flagship since we had a load on our boat already. We agree to meet him back at Dagger Tooth Outpost. He mermaids out, make our way towards Dagger Tooth and sell our portion of loot. We wait for about a good 20 or so minutes, watching the storm pass on by as we are wondering how far did he spawn out. The other player came by Dagger Tooth and we helped him unload his share to the respectable factions before I had to scoot. I enjoy moments like that and videos like this remind me of that.

i met a guy on arena open crew and hes now my go-to friend for sot

When I was still new, not even enough money for a full clothing set, or a cool ship, I open crewed with a pirate legend on an Athena Quest. He was the first to be patient with me and got me from 28k to 108k. Since then I've been learning pvp in arena, being more outgoing with world events and I am now rolling in 262k and rising. My own personal code with new players is to help them overcome the fear of skeleton ships, megaladon, kraken, skeleton forts and PvP. I friend them to help with future kickstarters, and I love seeing them grow into the pirates life.

Open Crew is like PvP in this game. Amazing fun for hours or it's over in five seconds.

Most of my games is open crew. I really enjoy when totally foreign persons mount a really good working team. Gained some nice mates that way.

That's why I only attack if someone shot me first. Sure if someone shoot me fist I'm probably dead, I horrible at PvP, but if this person doesn't shoot, I can make a good friend, or at least have some fun for some time, and that's the most importat thing for me, having fun
