Over-ripe bananas get thrown in the dust-bin because no one wants to eat them. They look rather unpleasant. Here are two very easy delicious recipes to use fresh/over-ripe bananas...NO more trashing of bananas!
Ingredoents
Banana ( 1 large/ 2 small) 150 g
Whole wheat flour ( 1 cup)
Sugar ( 4tbsp or less)
Milk ( 180 ml)
Cardamom powder ( 1/2 tsp)
Saunf (fennel seeds) 2 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Oil ( 1 1/2 tbsp)
Oil ( very little for first recipe, for frying for second recipe)
Honey optional

I just had to post this comment. I came upon this recipe after watching your tawa naan creation with intense concentration. I was already scratching my head to think of a solution to stop the wastage from over-ripened bananas, because for far too long they have been going to the bin. And there was your recipe to the rescue!! Thank you. All your recipes are unique and unmatched. As if you make a conscious effort to post only what is unique.
