I've been rooting for Ja since he came to the NBA. I feel like his recent antics are going to be something we look by on years from now and it will be a small blip in an outstanding career. Everyone deserves a second chance and I think people will give him that chance to leave the past behind and continue to be great.

He's an inspiration to me,since he came from nothing, and I can also relate to Ja, because I been the underdog my whole life in The South Bronx,and I struggle a lot, but I work my ass off to be the best, and get my family out of the hood.

U can do that exercise or get ankle weights. Put them on and do explosive exercises and jumping under the rim to help strengthen your calves

Honestly, you don't have to do not much other than keep on jumping. You don't need some crazy workout plan or to watch all these youtube videos on how to increase your verticle. The most simple and effective way to do it is to just keep on jumping and going at the rim. After you get that first dunk it will just come over time more and more and before you know it you'll be windmilling. It happened for me
