4:33 and also jaby ji, that gol gappa is even more dumb than that momo because if one cannot put a gol gappa filled with chickpeas + masala water all at once then it looses it concept, it looses its base its foundation With a gol gappa which is not gol (round) and is so big that one cannot put it in mouth without breaking is dumb. If you have to break a gol gappa to eat it then what is the point of making a gol gappa, then simply put fried flour piece in your mouth and then out chickpeas and then the water. These are just showcase food. These are not what is to be served normally. One could waste fees seconds of life while looking at them and then move on, one should not do a crime of trying to serve them at food outlets

Jaby, Achara the issue with food in this video is not just related to the taste...These are very common food items that some of us eat everyday... I think the point of this video is that changing the size, name and complete taste of the already known food will not make a big change...They can't be called inventions... Layering different flavours of ice cream and cake can work but layering Gol gappa(pani puri) is similar to layering 3-4 hot dogs and serving them...At the end of the day it is just a hot dog upon a hot dog upon a hot dog...

@jaby the thing is....some of these dishes haven't got the shape or contents that they are named after. For eg. "India's biggest momo" Momos are filled with boiled stuff that's easy to digest and have to be eaten along with the covering. That is what he pointed out.

Well i need to say that eating with hands is good, nothing wrong there but eating wildly like *that* is yucky. It's our culture to use the hand while eating. And some indian foods are not there to experiment, we enjoy it just the way it is. Like Oreo pakoda and things like that makes no sense.

The thing Achara pointing out about Ramen and Burger is quite common, but just replaced by chowmein.. My cousin from punjab used to have Chowmein in Burgers..it was alien to me never liked the concept. When he saw our Delhi burgers, he was like where's the Chowmein, this burger is weird.. You should watch videos of Swiss cheese making in Switzerland. I swear if you watch it then you'll stop buying those unhygienic costly cheese. Cheese maker put their hands armpit deep in the cheese container to remove cheese. In one video his beard was inside that cheese container.

Most of the issues I have with the street food showed in videos (like slayy point), is their marketing. They call it dosa and change it to a point that its not a dosa anymore. It might taste fine, but it feels wrong when the name in the dish is opposite to the taste
