Chaima Chaima Clary was with Jace in the beginning. When Valentine told them that they were brother and sister they broke up but that feeling was always there. Clary started to date Simon to see if she could get over Jace and also because he was her brother so they couldn't date anymore. Then when (in the books) Jocelyn tells Clary that her and Jace aren't brother and sister (in the tv show) Valentine tells Jace that Clary's not his sister and that he's not his father. So when they both find out they are not brother and sister anymore they get back together ❤️. Hope I helped :)

I read the books a couple of yrs ago. I didn't remember the detail about Valentine, though. That's awesome that you remembered that detail. And i don't think the show suvks that bad. It's a new spin on the books...like TVD was a spin on the books.

Sorry ^^ I wasn't very nice that day. By reading the books, i remember that every characters in the book, every time that we saw Sebastian told how much he looked like Valentne with is "platine hair", that it enter in my head and i remembered it when i saw your comment. I'm still watching the tv show, and now i can say that it's not that bad, but i really don't like how jace is in it. And he is my favourite character, so i'm a bit tough when i speak of this tv show.. Sorry again ^^ Ps : What is TVD ?

No worries. I didn't take offense. TVD is The Vampire Diaries. The series just ended but it was the same m.o. They took some components of the books and changed others in order to make the show last. There's only so far the books can take you when you adapt it to the small screen. :)
