I already knew I loved Victoria Henk’s dancing but WOW is Thibault incredible! He was literally gliding across the floor, and he kept up with her and signaled so well

DANG. I've seen quite a number of WCS vids, but this stands out as a soaring example of lyricism and coordination. Astounding, beautiful work from both artists.

The difference is that you get to choose your partner for strictly rather than getting a random partner. It's still improv to unknown music.

This is sooo not swing, it's cheesy ballroom. And these two could never compete with real swing dancers like Nils and Bianca.

Well Nils and Bianca dance a different type of Swing. So...maybe you're just uneducated on different types of swing cause the root of WCS came from Lindy.

@@MooImaHippo I taught Swing and Lindy for years. You're plum out of luck there, with your assumption. And I maintain this is rubbish Swing. It's utterly ruined by ballroom posture, stiffness, and lack of soul.

@@aureliusmarcus1817 so then you'll also realise that with the evolution of everything, dance also changes? It gets its roots in lindy, made to work so you can swing to any music. Why is that a bad thing? That's like sayin Hip Hop has no place with Ballet when really the compliment. It's an entirely different kind of swing, open your mind a little
