There are so many migrants like my family who came from living in sunny climates and spent a lot of time outside as nomads or in houses with open courtyard to living in the northern hemispheres (refugees) with the short days and spending most of the day indoors for one reason or another, living very different lives.My mum is the younger of her siblings who stayed behind and her older siblings are in much better health than her.in the wider community we are and finding a large plethora of diseases that they did not experience this widespread such as depression, insomnia, weight gain,diabetes and at times mental health issues and even much higher rates of divorce.I have also seen many complain about gut issues such as constipation,ulcers etc. The majority (70-80%) have really bad vitamin d deficiency which doctors arent taking the emerging patterns amongst these communities seriously and this has led to many problems and is now linked to higher susceptibility to covid19, i believe diet is important but that all this starts with environment. When i go to sunny countries my hair grows, my skin is better and I am much happier even when i am there with less material possessions i find a balance that is absent living where i grew up.

Starting to think pre-flood man knew more than we do about the natural world. Or at least recognized it more because they was humble enough to be in aw of creation. In this techno centric world we are lead astray by our own hubris. Following after the next trend seeking to fix a symptom. The future of technology in health is so exciting. If only we could get clear of profiteering. We could bring cures that work without having to stress about it. Greed, the root of all evil.

This is a very fascinating presentation. I can not help but to ponder with skepticism at what my ears are hearing in this presentation and what my eyes are seeing. For instance, this video was recorded 4yrs ago, upon evaluating Dr. Kruse`s current and past physical stature I am inclined to acknowledge that his adipose mass has not significantly changed. I am perplexed for why this is. I understand he focuses on light in this presentation and his research, and to my knowledge, even though he does not dive into food I do not imagine him following the SAD. I very much appreciated his level of detail in terms of the quantum and molecular mechanics, as well as the history of epidemiology and interventional research, but I am puzzled with why this findings have not been reproduced into his own body? Am I missing something, are we under the impression that his fat mass is only subcutaneous and thus not as detrimental as visceral/ectopic adipose? I am curious to learn more about this discrepancy. Lastly, I am in complete agreement with his research and teachings, only curious to learn more and I apologize in advance if this inquiry is interpreted as insensitive.

He’s explained it in a couple interviews. Essentially, being a doctor is torture for mitochondria. Spend 4 years in a blue-lit med school, 4+ years in a blue-lit/nnEMF hospital for residency, be on call and have to end up doing surgery at night (under blue light/nnEMF again), etc. That destroys your mitochondria and at a certain level is irreversible. If you watch his 2017 Nourish Vermont Lecture, there’s a slide where he is gigantic and morbidly obese. Using that as a starting point of how he looked, and the environments he was in as a doctor, compared to how he looks and lives now, I say it’s a massive win. That’s why I advocate for everyone to not wait, start as soon as you can. Jack is the perfect example, and I think that’s partly why he is passionate about getting this stuff out to people, so they can start much earlier than he did.

Well, he DID say any light before 10am... which begs the question, "How does this pre-10am sunlight differ in its qualities and frequencies up against post-10am sunlight?" And he also said that the sicker you are at the start, the more exposure you will need to this pre-10am sunlight in the beginning until ur system corrects and stabilizes itself at a healthy status quo. He said that in the beginning he was taking in around 4 hours daily, and that he doesn't require that much time anymore to achieve the same effects, but I don't recall hearing for how long he had to do this.

Beware of LED light because it's pulsed or "flickers". Even many so called "flicker-free" LED lights flicker, they simply flicker at an imperceptible frequency. You need special DC "drivers" to avoid flicker in LED lights.

I lost 40kg in 1 year and i've remained at that weight for 2 yrs now, but it was due to cutting a terribly toxic person out of my life - it was all in my mind and my subconcious attempt to protect myself from a deadly sexual leech... I was married to an abusive sex addict. So yes, it is possible to do what Jack spoke of without getting ur gut cut or exposing oneself to this morning light on a consistent basis, but I'm also aware of the fact that I am NOT, I repeat NOT, anywhere near a typical case either...

Humility is typically not a quality top of the class in education and successful athletes have, without learning the value of humility. Army medics are required to learn humility and those that do not demonstrate this usually don't last. Winners are self-referential it comes with the territory they chose to compete in. This condition is a result of childhood trauma, (loss of love/psychological abandenment). Tom.

@raduneo
@raduneo 8 ай бұрын
Good job. :) You need to use Dr Kruse's "hybrid tanning" technique. This means first exposing yourself to AM light, before the UV shows up (for instance between 6-10 am), which will trigger your skin to make histadines/uraconic acid through infrared light (sun is 42% red light), one of the best UV protectors your body can make. I stayed 10 to 40 minutes in the early AM light, and I would use this time to do meditations/reading. (I think this is the step you were missing and I bet you 500$ that adding this will get rid of your blisters ;) Second, once you gradually increase your AM light time, you can gradually add mid-day light (which contains UVB), which will increase your melanin (melanin is also a protector and will cancel out any effect if you would eventually burn). Lastly, adding seafood will greatly help through one of the caratenoids it has (best caratenoid in nature is found in seafood). Removing seed oils will help too as that inflammation makes your skin more sensitive. Doing all this will allow your skin to handle the sun, not burn, and REALLY take advantage of what melanin, POMC and UV light can do to your body. This is the first year I have applied these techniques, I was really quite religious about my AM sun exposure, and because of that I could stay for 5 hours straight in the sun and not burn. First year when this happened. Also I fixed my metabolism! It is explained quite well here by Carrie B: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i9ecrcaEm9usmGw.html

Dr. Kruse highlights the importance of proper sunlight exposure during the day and minimizing artificial light at night.* 08:17 *😞 Depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues can be linked to light exposure, particularly in relation to the chemical processes in the brain triggered by sunlight.* 10:35 *💡 Aromatic amino acids in the body act as "photon traps" for UV light, influencing the production of essential neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin, which are crucial for mood regulation.* 14:47 *🦠 The microbiome is heavily influenced by light exposure, with latitude and light quality playing significant roles in shaping microbial diversity and function in the gut.* 19:47 *🔬 Research suggests that microbiome composition is more influenced by light exposure than by diet alone, challenging traditional views on gut health and prompting a deeper exploration into the role of light in shaping microbial communities.* 23:07 *🔍 UV light, particularly blue and red wavelengths, affects microbial activity and diversity in the gut, highlighting the importance of considering light exposure in understanding gut health dynamics.* 26:46 *🧠 Gut health influences brain function through biophysical changes in the blood and the blood-brain barrier.* 29:47 *💡 The human microbiome produces hydrogen, influenced by sunlight, which interacts with sulfur-containing bacteria to produce hydrogen sulfide, a gas neurotransmitter with effects on mitochondria.* 31:01 *⚡️ Red light exposure facilitates ATP production by the mitochondria, even in the absence of electrons, impacting energy metabolism and cellular function.* 34:57 *🔬 Sulfation, facilitated by the microbiome, is crucial for various physiological processes, including cholesterol and vitamin D metabolism, platelet function, and detoxification pathways.* 39:33 *🌱 Optimal health depends on aligning with natural light cycles, maintaining a seasonal diet, and getting sufficient sun exposure to regulate biochemical processes influenced by light.* 47:46 *💡 Understanding the quantum effects of light on biology is essential for leveraging photobiomodulation therapies effectively, and personalized approaches are necessary due to individual variations in microbiome function and light sensitivity.* 53:15 *💡 The microbiome's influence on mitochondrial biology, myo, and otology mom, as well as how fasting affects light release, are areas of upcoming research interest.* 54:14 *📊 Understanding the light emitted by bacteria, especially in different environments like a petri dish versus the small intestine, is crucial for research.* 55:40 *🌍 Studying how the microbiome of people living in equatorial zones changes when they move to a different environment could yield insightful results.* 56:07 *📚 "Light Sculpting Life" by Roland Van Wyck is recommended reading to understand how cells in the microbiome release UV light and the implications for health.* 57:30 *💸 Opting for simple practices like observing the sunrise with eyes, skin, and gut exposed can potentially benefit health without the need for expensive supplements or probiotics.* Made with HARPA AI

Sea Salt - aim for a 15% mineral content or higher. Most sea salt is in the 1-4% range Magnesium oil - apply to the skin, not orally Sodium bicarbonate - 1/8th teaspoon on an EMPTY stomach - a full stomach can quite literally kill you (Max Hotchkins wrote magnesium bicarbonate but that stuff is incredibly expensive - if you can afford it, get it) Zinc - eat pumpkin seeds as the best option, wheat germ and oysters second best option - supplements are a waste of time in restoring zinc balance - 11 months of daily 15mg ramping up to 200mg of zinc supplementation was about half as good as three weeks of eating 100grams of blended wheat germ daily. I found pumpkin seeds to be about 2x as effective as wheat germ gram for gram. Use liquid zinc sulphate to test zinc status (DuckDuckGo that) When I switch gears, I’ll list more at: liveto1000.info (too busy researching and testing at present to update it)

well thank you all very much for your answers, i just wish they had actually clarified my problem with this. one more time, what i don't get is this: we have named the different frequency ranges on the spectrum of electromagnetic radiation - u got elf, vlf, slf, ehf, microwaves, visible light, uv, xrays, gamma, and so on.. uv light on this spectrum is next to visible light, with an even shorter wavelength (higher frequency). now officially elf frequency is about 3 Hz (wavelength of a 100 thousand km!), while UV light wavelengths are measured in nanometers... those are worlds apart! so how do the 2 relate? i get that he's referring to the blue light and that microbes produce high frequency emf waves, i just don't see how that relates to my question.. i would really love for an engineer or some other professional who studied this stuff to explain it..

@@GutHealthGurus The problem is there are currents flowing through the ground from the manmade electrical "grid". You see, when electricity goes to ground it doesn't dissipate. It becomes part of a circuit of electrical currents flowing through the ground which aren't entirely natural. Some are natural ("telluric currents") but get modulated by the manmade 60Hz AC currents (and also some radio wave communications transmitted through the Earth) producing an unnatural "electrosmog" of sorts.

If what jack is saying is true then WHY are thousands upon thousands of people healing by just healing their gut and not addressing light at all !??? Makes no sense
@thebodyclock1
@thebodyclock1 3 жыл бұрын
They ARE addressing Light but you don't recognise that the Gut Biota is producing 5000x more Light than our own cells. This is why whatever you feed them ALTERs the Light signal the Gut Tissues receives. All of the "Health Gut" protocols do this, Inulin and FOS and the Herbs for Antimicrobials etc. are all influencing this process. But, is it a temporary fix or permanent? You say healing their Gut but they become dependent on their supplements and their routines. Do they not? Or can they go back to eating "shit on a shingle" like the Hadza Tribe? Also, we only have about 5-10 years of that Paleo/ Alternative Medicine movement to draw from in terms of "healing data". So do these protocols last as time goes on? (I've actually never seen thousands of peoples Gut changes collated into data, so while I am allowing your assumption for the sake of the arguement, it is totally insane to make such assumptions seriously). I don't think relying on Supplements = a Healed Gut. What you determine as a Health Gut will be very different from mine. The actual answer for going back to a completely diverse and disease free and immuno-protective Gut is to be back in the Rainforest or Wild like our ancestors. Devoid of all technology. This is why Jeff Leach found this: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qtB8isJ1xredoX0.html Its why Dan Knights found this: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fL1jZJxpr56XgoU.html These people can munch on Antibiotics and Soda and Terrible food and suffer no consequences. Try doing that with a Modern Ape living in California working for a tech company taking these supplements.
