Jack O Lantern is definitely D-Level. C- on his best day. He's the type of villain that they give to Venom or Miles to flesh out their rouge's gallery, but even Venom and Miles outgrow him after a few runs. With that being said, he does look awesome

I watched this video once before, And in that time have heard on how to get those masks on her ? Her head has to be first taken off and remove the hood to take mask off and mask on??? But I haven't tried this yet myself this is what I was told ta do!!!
