Join me as I sit down with former Scotland Yard Detective Inspector Steven Keogh of ‪@MurderAcademy‬ to discuss his second book, 'Murder Investigation Team: Jack the Ripper: A 21st Century Investigation.'
In it, Steven applies modern-day investigative approaches to the 19th-century investigation through meticulous contemporary research, witness statements and reporting. He provides a fresh, new assessment of the unsolved Whitechapel murders from a modern-day policing perspective.
Steven revisits the crimes committed, why the lives of innocent people were taken, and attempts to discover just who was 'Jack the Ripper.'
With ground-breaking insight from one of the UK's leading criminal profilers, Pippa Gregory, the book takes the reader on a gruesome and incredible journey of discovery into one of the most infamous crimes in British history.
📕 The book was released on July 20, 2023, and is available to purchase at www.amazon.co.uk/Murder-Inves...

Read literally, the Goulston Street graffito points to an extraordinary case earlier in the year (1888). A lady resident of Pimlico died from a botched abortion without having been pregnant. The accused was an Irish doctor. A retired American surgeon was called as a witness for the defence. The specifics of this case and its relevance to the Whitechapel murders are explored in 'A Case of Mother's Ruin', which is available from the publisher (Moorleys of Ilkeston) or ordered through Waterstone's

Don't know if you can determine guilt from finding a victim first ,police didn't give him a look in ,no real motive for a killer.

Not really sure anyone can solve that case even A.I could not solve it to many suspects ,not enough of the police notes to hold a case to anyone.
