Might conflict with his own brands that he represents. Like if you have a deal with Pepsi, you can't be seen on TV drinking Coca Cola. Or he might be working with charities that deal with gambling addictions or he himself duffers from that or does not like gambling. Could be a myriad of things really.

Technically Lampard and Gerrard started their careers in senior football more than 20 years ago. Lampard 27 years. Gerrard 24 years. Also, they are 2 English footballers who spent the majority of their careers, from their youth upwards, in English football clubs playing other English football clubs so you could say that 'England' produced them.
