Jackhammer On New Pavement

Күн бұрынThis video has loud volume. After the street was repaved, this crew came by to open up the pavement to allow access to the sewer line. Later, another crew came by and filled the area around the sewer line with cement.

Why were they making a new hole in the new pavement?

All the sewer access covers got paved over. The sewage lines need to be accessible for maintenance. Before they paved the street, they inspected the lines with a camera. They even inspected the sewer line from our access point that is right next to the house up to the area in the street were they were using the jackhammer.
