I just love the kid like innocence that comes about from Jackie. It's as if he doesn't have to pretend or hide anything from anyone. Very few people in hollywood have that kind of charm and mannerism.

This movie, "Forbidden Kingdom" is quite underrated. Really good film --kind of a tribute to Jackie's old characters --Drunken Master, SNake in the Eagle Shadow and Jet Li's old characters and Kung Fu films. It's really nice.

So multitalented, not just amazing action sequences and expertise in filmmaking, but an extremely talented actor and entertainer. Even if his English is not that good his interviews are always interesting, he communicates better than a lot of native speakers.

his english is ALOT better than in the past. if you ever get an interview of jackie in rush hour 1 or the early movies hes done, he stutters alot more and has much more grammatical errors. in his later interviews, he speaks very clearly and even has jokes and impressions that can make everyone laugh, jackie chan is the man!

Certainly doing action movie especially doing deadly stunts (that he does that no body dare to do) is extremely difficult. You are not just following the choreo. There's the facial expression, making sure not to hit you double and co-star, not to get hurt, get the right distance (so that you and your co-star and double won't get hit and where you should be standing), use the weapon right, if you are a newbie you have to study a move or techinique etc. Jet Li in an interview when a star (if I remember correctly) of kill when he was asked "how long did you study that" "3 days" she replied "What? I was given 3 weeks!"

@clamantuanguyan I agree with you, I love Jackie Chan...after watching the remake of karate kid, i believe he can play in any role that he wants. He was absolutely amazing in that movie and we got to see his dramatic acting, which that one scene (if you've seen the movie you know what im talking about) really hits you emotionally (good thing)...He is simply AMAZING!
