Well, I'm very glad that The Jacksons finally got the recognition that they deserved. They have paved the way for New Edition, Boyz II Men, Troop, B2K, and many others. I'm a little disappointed that Jermaine and Michael didn't show up. It would've been really nice to see all the six members there, that would've been history. I hope that they do a reunion album, because they need to come together and go on stage again. Just like they did at Michael's 30th Anniversary special in New York City.

Im so sad. Michael Jackson was a staple in my younger and older life, My older brother was one of the biggest fans, going as far as to being him in a talent contest. MJ you will be greatly missed. Thank you for your footprint in history.

I can tell who remembers the Jackson Five and who doesn't from the comments on here. I hate how people try to diminish what the other brothers did for the group. While Michael was the main lead singer and my favorite, I've still always loved the J-5. When you look at their choreography and listen to their many hits, you know this was a solid group of professionals. And in concert, the J-5 put on a show like no other. Stop putting down the Jacksons. They're a family and real fans know this.

all of the brothers were talented in their own right, and when this stuff was balanced, although MIKE was the centerpiece, all of the brothers were talented, whether it was with musicianship, songwriting, choreography, what many young fans don't realize is this...that TRIUMPH TOUR in 1981, which was the best out of all of MICHAEL'S tours, including the solo ones, MARLON helped MIKE developed the group choreography for that tour, but it's never going to be mentioned...I don't forget it...

Michael was a victim of societys cruelest people. He changed, he was bloody brilliant and now he's physically gone. Although i know that he will still be in peoples hearts for a long time. RIP MIcheal Jackson.

@lilka913 also, and what many don't realize is that randy worked w/michael in conceptualizing many rhythms for his OFF THE WALL album, JACKIE wrote can you feel it, JERMAINE was the one who set the stage for MIKE and QUINCY to begin working together, and MARLON worked w/MIKE in developing dance routines for the TRIUMPH TOUR.....yes, MIKE was the greatest who ever did it, but he didn't do it all by himself unlike his fans of the past 20 years like to believe, I think it's god awful..

@MrJVictor88 MJ actually expanded past soul music while part of the group. Check the Jacksons catalog post motown. Also, One thing that I think people miss is that they were also part of his solo success too. Look at the credits on the solo albums off the wall and thriller, and you'll see that the whole family was part of that solo success (past the group efforts) as were they with Janet too. These guys were not just singers, but were writers, producers, musicians and collaborators.
