@@Qlicky Jackson is not a ST, he is made shift ST. we played as a CM when he started his professional career as a footballer then he was shifted to LW and played ST for half a season at Villereal. so naturally he is playing out of position.

Few points: 1. Niinii is one of the Chelsea fan KZfaqrs that I respect the most. We need to trust our academy players. We called upon them today, and they responded. They did same in the season that we won UCL. 2. Gallagher getting a banner today is well-deserved. He's been a leader in a young team this season and we cannot allow him go. 3. Gilchrist is the next big thing. 4. We have been plagued by injuries this season and that really affected us. Remove injuries and we could have easily finished 5th. I sympathize with Pochettino. Every week, somebody is injured and the players are not able to adopt Pochettino's tactic. 5. Pochettino really deserves some time. Even Amorim will struggle with the amount of injuries that we have this season. Give Poch till January 2025, at least.

Many positives Madueke and Mudryk tracked back in defense Madueke was brilliant in this aspect. Caicedo was fantastic Gallagher was energetic Chalobah was decisive defensively. All round good performance. If we sell GALLAGHER I will be disgusted with our owners we need a movement protests if that happens.

The banner for Conor had me hyped! But the performance had me even more hyped. I see this team taking steps forward almost weekly now. And I’ve gotta say, Cucurella might be one of my favorite players in this squad. Huge win today, glad to see the tradition of beating Spurs had made its way into the team.

Nini about cucurella as an inverted lb, no one ever recommended that. Everyone was saying Pochettino should have kept maatsen. So credit to pochettino for bringing the best out of cuceralla. We are finally seeing him play like his value. It only took a top coach to bring that out of him

By positioning Cucurella centrally, we have been able to overload the midfield, providing Mudueke, Palmer, and Mudryk with more space and freedom to take on their markers. This tactical tweak has not only strengthened our midfield but has also enhanced our ability to control the tempo of the game and create scoring opportunities.

As bad as Nico is in front of goal he provides a good outlet at times, he knows how to utilize the big touch after his first touch to create that space as long as he passes it to Caicedo or Palmer after that we have a chance.

@@peterpanse7472 no, its about standards. Anybody who have watched Chelsea this season can clearly see that Jackson should never have been our primary striker and play so much. He is FAR from good enough for that role and is a back-up at best. Call him ‘raw’ or whatever but he is almost 23 and still dribles until he loses the ball like a child, does’nt pass to teammates, he can’t shoot, he misses sitters every single match and is incredibly immature for a grown man (see the penalty embarrassment with Madueke etc.). People love to hype players and its ridiculous to pretend Jackson is a proper Chelsea quality striker.

@@Vernetti7 We all know he was never intended to be a primary striker, he’s been forced to fill in for Nkunku. We’ll have to agree to disagree on approach play because I’m clearly seeing a different player to the one you are. As for standards, I doubt many thought that anyone though that Dominic Solanke would become a top striker after failing at Liverpool after leaving Chelsea. But he is, it just took more time than it seems many of us are willing to give.

8th place is pretty much secured and we can finish as high as 6th if we do well in the remaining games. That's an improvement on last season's 12th place finish. Last season we were 15th in the league for goals scored and this season we are 7th(with the highest big chances missed) that's a massive improvement in one season given the circumstances (highest injuries, highest number of players playing first time for the club, lowest avg squad age). It would be absolutely insane to sack poch (400PL matches as manager) for an unproved/untested coach in PL.

I don’t know what is wrong with Chalobah he does everything right besides some mistakes that can be expected of a yound defender but I’m not sure why we do not see more of him. We must keep Connor and Trev and not sell them and buy replacements who are more expensive and not better.

Caicedo putting himself about set the tone. Others followed the example. The FBs were solid. Excellent support of the FBs allowed Spurs basically nothing from the wings. Chalobah was a rock in the middle. The defense stood strong and deserved the clean sheet. The coaching is showing signs of working. Congrats to Poch and his crew. One set piece, Chalobah unmarked, terrific header, and from the other, the Spurs defense switched off. Clinical. Great result and still in the hunt for 6th.

Poch shone bright today. Ive never seen such creative tactics from Poch. A back 4 on defense and pushing cucu up as a CDM while Enzo and Caicedo plays a LM and RM was AMAZING. The rotations with LM and LW/RM and RW to come back and receive the ball hadbme jumping out of my seat.

We’ve been lacking control in our midfield that’s why we’ve not been winning game. You can’t be playing Gallaghe, caicedo and Enzo at the same time.. That’s why we don't Control Midfield in most game we lost

I think we should give Gallagher credit. He's not that good, but he can become a better player with time. If the club believes in him, that will boost his confidence and help him improve. Instead of criticizing him and looking for a new midfielder, that would be a waste of resources.

What you mean he's not that good? Just 2 years ago people was talking about how good Gallagher is at palace. He's been electric for us. He put in a better performance this year than Enzo over the last two years.

Massive win today Guys, i wasn't surprised since we definitely had confidence playing against them and other big clubs. its An even bigger win that we were able to keep a Clean sheet against a Spurs team that has been Scoring goals for fun.. This is also why we Shouldn't be in a Hurry to Sell our Academy players as i said in your last vid, we are selling too many of our Prized assets for small Money and its Small Profit in My opinion because These Guys are Worth more than 25, 30, 40 or 50mil.. if we do Sell them we should be Adding buy Back Clauses and Sell on Clauses Because in 1-2 seasons there Abilities is Clearly shown... I Am of the #1 Fans against the Sale of Gallagher, Maatsen and Challobah. Broja i Can understand if it means We Get a Osimhen or a player of a higher level.. I Also Believe Silver should be given 1 more Season so the Defenders that are On Long term injuries Can Properly be reintegrated into the Squad.. Silvers experience Will also Be a substantial influence and His knowledge would be Passed on to your Colwell, Badiashile and Forfana etc.. Because they will not Be Match Sharp and ready immediately after being of fir so long its going to take them atleast Half the Season to Build that Consistency again.. and they also will need to continue building those defensive partnerships.. How Can People Sit here Constantly and say they Have not Seen any progress under Poch with this Completely New Squad..and that they Don't see a Style of Play or That Poch doesn't have any Tactics??? You are happy NINI, yes this must be the standard for evry game we play even more, but unfortunately we still need a goal proven striker to play alongside Jackson....thanks to Cole ice Palmer, Cucu and Caicedo, Gallagher my one issue with us is how we play without the ball, closing down the opponents quickly and proper man marking

The last 2 games showed why Pep wanted Cucurella. His ability to win duels and ball passing. It took time for Poch to make sure every piece is working. It is not just changing the Cucurella position. It is about every player feeling comfortable with changes. I was angry when some people were saying Poch is 8 months at Chelsea and still couldn't coach players. Nonsense. I would like to know what those talkers learned in 8 months of their life. Team started looking better.

Poch is still average. Villa manager made them better within 2 months we could see the change he was making. Have never rated poch

Did Villa changed nearly all squad? Did Villa bought all youngsters without much experience in first team? Did Villa's owners managing football team and coming to dressing room at half time? Did Villa's owners send on loan players manager wanted? And I can go on. Villa have all people working for the club long enough to help manager and fans are not demanding like Chelsea fans are. And your supper manager Emery lost to Olympiakos at home 2-4 yesterday. What happened to Emery? Should he be sacked like you ask Poch out every time team lose??

I won’t lie , I would like to see Poch grow with these young players . Maybe as Chelsea fans we’re just used to instant success. Maybe we need to finally try and allow a team to grow. I’d like to see these young players with a season of English football under their belt .

It’s hard to pick MOM from among Cucurella, Trev, Ceicedo and Badiashile. Giving the nod to Trev for his sublime goal. Considering the limited number of players we had available, this was a Pochettino master class. Even Madueke played MATURE tonight. He played great defense. Palmer, unfortunately, was below his par.
