Fun fact: McQueens top speed is 198 But in cars 2 his top speed is 220 But if we go back to cars 1 Lightning McQueen's top speed is 225

The Point is McQueen Would still Loose against Storm if he had the speed of his Rookie Time, because Storm can hold better the Line and knows how to use the Stats but it Would be a much Closer Competion.

@@AcManoloxkasha"how to use the stats" I'm sorry, but that just sounds like you're pretending to know what you're saying. McQueen would definitely beat Storm through his learned techniques like drafting, reflexes, and intuition. McQueen is not only a very experienced racer but also a very good driver. Remember in Cars 1? McQueen, as a rookie racer, managed to flawlessly navigate a Chaotic wreck of 33 cars. And in Cars 3, he enters a Demolition Derby and makes it out without a scratch. The only damaged he received was a burst tyre and that was only because he had to help Cruz. Lightning is a very good racer and would easily able to beat Storm.

In Cars 1, his top speed is actually 212 Mph. It's said in Cars 3 that Storm broke the previous lap speed record reaching a speed of 213 Mph and in Cars 1, we actually see McQueen reach 212, so that must be the record Storm broke. They also do say, "We've never seen anyone cross the line with that kind of speed and power since a young Lightning McQueen first arrived on the scene." In Cars 2, he does get slight mods to help him against Francesco which pushes his top speed up to 246 Mph

Live laugh love Jackson Storm. He's the most underrated character, and his backstory touched me... I really want Pixar to make a sequel, Cars 4, where they reveal the character and personality of Jackson and help him improve. He deserves his arc. McQueen, Mater and Cruz arc is over. What else is Cars 4 about? Of course, about Jackson :p

0:41 Storms Top Speed is also 220-224 Mph and Most of the people don‘t think about the fact (when They say Bernoulli or McQueen Would win against Storm) That Storm doesn‘t have Only Speed but he knows the Stats to use and can hold the Ideal Line while Racing Constant and thats a Big different to McQueen and Bernoulli. They are Fast But Storm is smart and has a High Speed.

No You're Just being A Storm Fanboy Storm Can Only Reach 210-214 MPH Which Is Only 2 Times faster Than Rookie Mcqueen's 212 MPH But Slower Than Prime Mcqueen's 225 MPH and Storm Is Not Smarter Or Better Than Mcqueen In the opening of Cars 1 Is Very Agile and Actually Smart Cause When All Those Cars Were Coming Mcqueen Quickly Dodged All Of Them And After Seeing Todd Marcus and Claude Scruggs He Had To Use His Quick Thinking By Flipping Over Them And Make It Through and Because Of The Training McQueen Had With Doc and Smokey With Techniques Such As Drafting and Doc's Drifting Mcqueen Became A More Smarter and Better Racer In The First Movie and Second Movie

actually prime lighting mqueens real top speed is 250mp easily beating storm but mqueen could easily get restored to his original state from cars 1 because mqueen didn’t swap any actual engine parts so his engine probably wasn’t running at 100% anymore and his frame is probably pretty rusty on the underside and 2006 to 2017 is 11 years so imagine how much wear and tear his engine got in that time span even though he got probably got his oil changed and stuff it probably wasn’t enough so after awhile his engine performance dropped dramatically because it wasn’t being taken care of properly
