Hi guys! I received this palette yesterday, filmed last night and uploaded this morning - I was THAT excited to use it! Of course it's the Jaclyn Hill Palette x Morphe collab :)
I wanted to experiment with colours that I don't often use (I have lots of warm smokey eye looks on my channel already), hence using the blue. I love how it turned out, I hope you do too!

Thank you for not doing a neutral look. I have seen so many tutorials on this palette already and everyone has basically used the same colours. Even though this is not a look I could ever pull off, I love it and it's great to see you do something different to everyone else.

I don't know if it's just me, but have you ever noticed makeup gurus do their eyeshadow and you're kinda going "ehhhh" but then they pop on mascara and or lashes and you're like "DAMN THATS FIRE🔥"

Thankyou for not using a smoothing filter, and staying true to what the makeup actually looks like. It bothers me so much when people smoothe it out or the lighting is clear

dan ara yes! I hate the smoothing filters. Some people use them all the time and even in 1440p it doesn't look clear or crisp.

I'm so glad you weren't one of the beauty youtubers that received the palette and went solely to the warm tones. Tbh, I am only excited about the bottom right corner. In my opinion that's what makes this palette stand out from all the other warm tone palettes that have been coming out lately. 💖

Omg!!!! That American Accent blew my mind. Its so strange for me to hear someone who I think has an accent, suddenly change to the way I sound. You sounded soooo different!!! We always randomly do british or australian accents for fun when chatting with friends and such, but so odd to realize that people from those countries would be doing the same with OUR "accent". Loooove ittt. Please do a whole vid like that😮😃🤗

This eye makeup looks like a modern 80's look with bright blue eyeshadow. I love it! It makes your eyes POP! :)

As someone who watches a lot of different beauty youtubers etc, you can notice a HUGE difference with the Aussie vs the American ones... I personally find the Australian youtubers a lot more genuine/down to earth.

I know it's not your usual thing, but I'd love to see a look with the green shades in the palette! It's rare to find a modern green smokey eye tutorial, and I love that it's slightly cooler toned instead of the typical golden olive.
