This isn't the Jaclynn butterfly hair cut. It would be a more intense hair cut without thinking out the ends to piece it out on the ends. Hair dresses are lazy when doing this cut. I learned the correct way in school.

Man all i see in here are tutorials for the Shag! It's so funny. Do they even know we ALL had this haircut in the 70s?? Haha😅. It is nice being shown how to do it. For 40 years I've had to literally describe what this cut looks like to hair stylists that have NO CLUE what a "Shag" or "lioness" or a "Gypsy" cut was. Now they do!! YAY!!🎊🎉🎈✨️🎈

My mother decided to give me a shag hairdo in 1978, she had been to beauty school I think around 64 or so, long story short this was near school pictures time and I did everything in my 10 years old power to keep from getting my pictures made that year 😊

I have a photo of Jaclyn Smith to take to my hair stylist, too. I was supposed to get my hair done last week, then got sick so had to postpone. This is exactly how I want my hair to look, except I’m 64 so I have my stylist weave an ash blonde with my gray so that it grows out and doesn’t have sharp gray roots. It keeps me from having to get it weaved so frequently. If I didn’t live in CA, I’d be coming to you! I really enjoyed this video! 👍🏼🙏🏼❤️

So gorgeous!! I'm so bummed out you're across the country from me! I would LOVE for you to do my hair. You did such a fantastic job! Her hair was still full at the bottom and did not look way shorter from the front. Any time I ever got layers in my hair I would end up with my hair in a vee shape in the back and it looked thin on the bottom and short from the front. That's why I grew it out in the first place & have been literally afraid to let anyone give me an actual haircut instead of keeping it to a trim with a few face framing layers. BTW I love your inspiring positivity! You have awesome vibes!

Wow.. that's a wonderful and beautiful tutorial haircuts. Such a lovely person 💓.. she has a heart of gold and a very lovely personality with a sweet spirit. We all grow and change as time passes by we all come from parents that are functional and dysfunctional it can lead us in the right path or it can lead us in the wrong path. It's up to us to take care of ourselves, and you discover and grow within ourselves take care of ourselves as well .. coach Kimmy has a lot of intelligence, spiritual gifts . Such a good example of what a good woman should be like. She has a talent of hairdressing a kind heart and she's a lot of fun to listen to, she deserves the very best in her life. She gives goodness and kindness to her patrons helps them to be a part of the haircuts that she gives to her clients. And a very nice person indeed to listen to she's funny she smiles a lot she has a good attitude in spite of where she grew up in , she has come a long ways and I'm very proud of her. She has made a good living for herself, she is writing some new books.. to encourage others to grow within yourself she has some nice quotes to give and share to others to inspire them and grow deeper within your faith with God and grow within yourself to become a better and more beautiful woman. The hardest part of going from really long hair to shorter hair is the upkeep. You're not use to having to do a lot of things to your hair. I don't even know how to use a lot of styling tools or products.

U did a beautiful job, having great thick hair helps, l Find that most hair stylists do a great job with the cut, but not so much with the styling, as u do extremely well with both!! Enjoyed watching! 🙂

Beautiful cut... I've cut my layers myself for years. I'm a layer kind of girl... Your wonderful attitude to keep things fun, no pressure sells me... It applies to everyday attitude that makes life so much happier. Getting stressed? Maybe get frequencies to destress, close your eyes and improve your happiness. As an old hairstylist with over 40 yrs experience, the haircut was done so well, & absolutely gorgeous! I love your techniques as that is the way I learned to cut & style hair. I am old, but my haircuts are better than haircuts I see today. The younger generation hairstylists wants to be way too fast, make quick & easy money, be lazy on doing the cuts, & the haircut looks terrible. Their techniques are crazy too, and doesn't look good when the client walks out of the salon door. Hairstylists need to watch and learn from you. The haircut & style looked exactly like Jacqueline Smith's haircut & style! Beautiful!

I used to have my hair cut basically like that when I was younger. Now, at 60, my hair has changed! Where it used to be wavy and thick, it's curly and thinning. I need help with my hair. Lol. I'd love to do this again, but I don't want to have to use heat on it everytime I wash it. This looks great!
