Most definitely not. The Yardbirds were the first ever "supergroup", and that lineup was infinitely better. You also got Temple Of The Dog, which had Eddie Vedder and Chris Cornell. Velvet Revolver with Slash and Scott Weiland, there's Cream, Asia, and countless other line ups that are better than this

Jacob and Chris did a few gigs together a year ago or so at the Blue Note in NYC which emphasized a lot of improv - there are some clips on YT, and the three of them also did a few gigs recently. I do love how talent like this seems to gravitate to each other - like the concert recently with Thile, Billy Strings, and Cory Henry. Just ridiculous amount of virtuosity on one stage.

Madison Cunningham's performance at the September show made me cry quite a few times. overall the concert was about clarity, a clear cosmos of music, execution, and voicing, next-level music. unexpectedly for me, this trio provided one of the best concerts in my life. i became a fan of two more musicians after visiting this gig. superb.

I am wondering if Jacob would collaborate with Fujii Kaze - his songs are lyrically uplifting and musically interesting and his creativity is amazing. Since Kaze is fluent in English, they could easily perform in English. Both of them also dress with a certain colourful flair ;)

I don't know a better word, as my eyes are filled with tears yet again.... than "Mastered." This man has mastered his art. Watching him over the years was much like watching Neo in the Matrix. Seeing what others knew, where potential was hiding... and then, suddenly, this sense of immortality, but through his expression of song. There are very few people in this world I'll bow to, but this man will see me on my knees if we cross paths. What an absolute treasure.

Beautiful, truly. Jacob's clothing always reminds me of that old story I heard as a kid from the Old Testament, the coat of many colours. In the story Jacob gives his son Joseph a colourful coat to signify his love for him. I feel like if I Jacob ever has kids, he'd pass down his colourful clothes and it'll be just like that. That'd be cool.

When can we have music like this back on mainstream radio please!!! Just watched Rick Beato discussing how lyrics don't matter and what he is saying is true. We need music and lyrics like this to emote feelings again not just beats and synths to hopefully mindlessly make us move. First time I've stopped and really listened to a piece of music and the lyrics well done Jacob, not that I wouldn't have expected it.
