One day he decides to pay him a visit and he's denied because he had no appointment. So one day the friend falls sick and dies so he's mourning his friend. He was unable to see him because he had no appointment. Where did the illness came from to take his friend without booking an appointment?

One guy went to visit his friend in the city, brought him some food but didn't make or had appointment he just showed up. But he was his friend refused to see him since he had no appointment. Few months later he is die, his friend from village says death has no appointment at same time wondered why those people who prevented him from seeing his friend didn't prevent the death?!
